New Traditional Tournament Coordinator

The executive council has selected as an officer of the PAF, David Shull to coordinate the traditional rules and regulations and oversite of Traditional tournaments held or sanctioned by the PAF.

The tournament rules and guidelines for all PAF tournaments will be addressed in the PAF By-Laws (which are still being developed)
